The Original Poki Truck - Las Cruces

2 vegans here, we were visiting Las Cruces looking for late lunch and found the Poki food truck. Had bowls with tofu. So good! Very friendly and fast service too. Recommended. We'll be back next time we're in Cruces

I’m from cali and I’m really happy to see something like this all the way out here!! This was grade-A food and some of the best I’ve had in a while.

This is the best place for a fresh poki bowl, their price for the serving is fairly priced the owners are the sweetest people loved the customer service definitely recommend it!!! Their poki sauce is Amazing!!!

Been there a couple of times. Super helpful staff, they made outstanding recommendations. Portions are large and very satisfying. I have had both bowls and smoothies, and were equally delicious. Will return!

I’ve definitely eaten here a couple of times and the food here is amazing I will keep coming back there easy access specially for a truck driver. I’m able to pull off on the side of the road and enjoy food that is like a home cooked meal.. I do recommend this place for anyone to enjoy
