The customer service was quite disappointing. The woman serving this morning had a consistently negative attitude, and this location seems to be out of wildfire salsa every time I visit. I'm really let down by Santa Fe Grill.

The burritos here are consistently outstanding! The staff is quick, friendly, and courteous. The portions are also quite generous. I’ve sampled a variety of their burritos, and I haven’t encountered one I didn’t enjoy. There are plenty of options available—choose from the menu or create your own. They also offer bowls and shrimp cocktails.

Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. They seemed to be a bit off their game this morning, but it was around 10 AM on a Sunday. However, they came through as they usually do. I had trouble reading the handwriting on the burritos, but the food was as delicious as I expected!

Delicious food and excellent service. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the views are unbeatable. I will definitely return!

The interior of the restaurant is lovely and inviting. The service was excellent. The chips that were served were delicious and thick (yum), and the dipping sauce had just the right amount of spice. Two of us ordered the pulled pork sandwiches, while one chose the hoagie. Overall, everything was quite enjoyable.
