Ihop - Las Cruces

I had a long wait to be seated, and I noticed that the prices have really increased. The iced tea was very watered down, and I didn't receive a refill. Overall, this restaurant has really declined in quality. The BLT felt rushed and not made with care. The atmosphere was also quite disappointing.

My experience at this restaurant was far from pleasant. The waiter accidentally spilled hot coffee on my leg and showed no concern whatsoever. To make matters worse, he didn't pay attention to our orders, which resulted in missing items from our meal. It felt as though he was annoyed by our presence. We were only asked if we wanted coffee refills as we were leaving, and the coffee pot remained full of old coffee throughout our visit. Overall, it was a truly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend coming here.

The service was prompt and pleasant. Mercedes was very attentive to our needs.

Came here for Christmas. The place was packed, yet we received fast, friendly service.. Breakfast came out quick. Server was attentive to our needs. Coffee was perfectly brewed. They also have flavored creamers for your coffee.

I'm waiting too long to sit. ikea. iced tee very watered, I didn't get any refill. this place is downhill. blt was not made with love ..? atmosphere.ugh food: 2/5
