I was disappointed when I first visited this restaurant and tried their burger, as it was dry and unimpressive. Despite my initial experience, I decided to give them another chance today. Unfortunately, the patty melt I ordered was the worst I have ever had - no cheese, dry bread, and just piles of onions on top of the hamburger patties. The employee at the drive-through insisted that it was just a burger, not a patty melt, which led to a frustrating exchange. I asked for some sauce to try and improve the taste, but even that couldn't mask the overpowering flavor of onions and dry bread. The price was high for such a disappointing sandwich, and I will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to others.

I went back to the counter with my receipt and was told by an employee that they forgot to make them. It was frustrating. When my cheese fries finally arrived, the employee informed me that they were out of cheese and used shredded cheddar cheese instead. I opened the box to find that the cheese wasn't even melted. It was so frustrating that they couldn't even melt the cheese. It was my graduation night, and I was very disappointed. I wasn't even offered a discount or anything. Wow.
