Cold Stone Creamery - Las Cruces

Delicious ice cream and excellent service! I opted for the Love It size in a classic waffle bowl. I chose mint chip and added a topping of Kit Kat.

The owner is incredibly cheap! They also have some unreasonable policies, such as not taking phone orders or cake orders unless you’re physically in the store. Don’t expect to be treated any differently than a typical local. It’s important to note that this isn’t the fault of the managers or staff—it's all on the frugal owner.

The customer service is consistently respectful and the welcoming atmosphere adds to the experience! The store is tidy and well-maintained, and the ice cream is fantastic! I definitely recommend that everyone give Cold Stone a try; their ice cream is excellent! Plus, they have a rewards program!

Was happy to find out that Cold Stone has a dairy free option. Silk chocolate ice cream. Although if you have a severe milk allergy Cold Stone is probably not the place for you. They scooped wife's ice cream then used same scooper to get dairy free. Also you could see regular ice cream bits in the dairy free option. Just a warning. But silk chocolate with banana and almond is very good. Service was not that great either. Lady doing the scooping would ask what I wanted then

This is one of my favorite places to get ice cream here in town. My favorite one to order is their signature Banana Caramel Crunch. The staff are always fast and nice and make it exactly how I want. I like to get this with the cheesecake or sweet cream ice cream instead of the french vanilla. I also substitute the almond slivers for coconut. Would recommend!!
