Carl's Jr. - Las Cruces

My cashier and everyone there have great attitudes and very friendly even when working hard. My sandwich was bomb! So glad I stopped here.

I used to work there. Staff is still great, and the food is the same good quality I expect. Keep it up guys!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I forgot my wedding band inside of my empty box (I don't like getting my rings greasy) and one of the employees even started helping me look through the boxes for it. I found it, and am very grateful for them for helping and being so understanding!

When i first visit this Carls Jr location i had no problem with the service.When it came to having the 2nd and 3rd visit i had bad service.The second visit had raw uncooked bacon in my burger back in June of 2022.On my 3rd visit Carls Jr refused to give me my money back. Carls Jr management told me their egg supply was short at the moment.I asked for something else on the menu that was on the breakfest menu.They said they were affected by the problem on the breakfest

I only ordered a Coke. Took too long in the drive thru. The only persons in front of me got one bag but waited a good ten minutes for it. I also thought three dollars and some change was a bit much for a watered down coke. But when I get food there it's the bomb! Love the hand breaded chicken and great burgers.
