We also enjoyed the vegan burritos, and I appreciated the selection of herbal creamers available. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff was incredibly friendly.
I stopped in Las Cruces while traveling and found a great restaurant with several vegan options. I ordered the vegan rancheros, which were delicious, and the smoothie made with almond milk was also very good!
They offer a separate menu for gluten-free options. I made the fajitas vegan by using corn tortillas, and they were delicious!
The special order. all amazing aromas of new mexico without the eggs and meat. love this sweet restaurant too!
