Bosque Brewing - Las Cruces

Beer is great and the place is nice, I ordered some wings and they were good but the ranch sauce wasn’t creamy like normal, it was diluted with milk, everything else excellent

Scotia Ale is excellent, Elephants on Parade and Open Space Haze are good, as is the green chile cheeseburger.

Nice brewpub near New Mexico State University. New digs a few doors down from their beginnings. World Class oatmeal stout. About 20 beers on tap that range from IPA to stout Duck confit egg rolls to street tacos. Younger university crowd full of energy. Higher Educational Chillin

Excellent beer. Occasionally there will be a food truck or you can bring your own. When it's warm, sit out on the patio.

Great place for a real beer! I love Bosque first and for most because they have great and consistent beer! The beer always tastes great and they usually have plenty of options to choose from! My fiancé loves dark (stout) type beer and it can be hard to find here in Cruces if it's not that time of year. That's never been a problem at Bosque! I can't wait until they start serving food but until then it's nice to grab a pizza or a Gyro take it to Bosque and enjoy the atmosphere!
