A girl named Mariha, who was stocking, knew I was waiting for 5-10 minutes, did not bother to help him. She apologized for the wait. I asked why she didn 't help. She informed me she was doing her job stocking the store, She became argumentative and I asked her not to argument my point. It went down hill from there. Again, she said Im doing my job Iasked her again not to argument the point. At that time she asked me to leave the store and I did. What happened to great customer service? I will not be back. It was only a soup and cornbread order. Hope you love her attitude. Idon 't!!!!!
We ordered hoagies on Saturday night to take to a concert. Unfortunately, my order was completely wrong, with mayo that I did not request and toppings missing. My boyfriend went back on Monday night to get a replacement hoagie, but once again, the order was incorrect. When I called the Wawa at Starkey and Ulmerton in Largo to report the issue, Manager Ashley informed me that incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours for a refund or replacement. Despite explaining the situation, Ashley did not offer any compensation or apologize for the mistakes. This lack of customer service was disappointing and has led us to look for another hoagie place. Ashley's attitude towards customer satisfaction was not up to par. We were not satisfied with the management at this Wawa location.
This gas station is my regular go-to spot for quick drinks or a snack. I visit multiple times a week since it's close to my home. However, on this particular night, I decided to order Uber Eats because of the stormy weather outside. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, 2 subs for the next day's lunch, and 2 donuts for dessert. Unfortunately, the pizza was half distorted with no pepperoni, the sub was completely wrong, and we received 2 donuts we didn't order. I drove back to the location and was quite upset. The staff remained calm and respectful and assured me that they would rectify the situation. And they did! They remade the pizza (though it still wasn't perfect) and provided a refund. They also remade the sub, let me choose my dessert donuts since the ones we ordered were unavailable, and even gave me a free drink. Mario was the first staff member I interacted with and he was fantastic. The girl with blue hair was also very sweet, as well as the girl with a pixie cut who handled the refund. Despite the initial unpleasant experience, these three employees went above and beyond to make things right and deserve recognition for their exceptional customer service skills. Working in customer service can be challenging, but they handled it superbly!
When paying for fuel at the pump, it is frustrating to have to walk inside and wait in a long line just to get a receipt for work. It feels unfair and a waste of time. The staff at the gas station seemed to not be doing their job properly, making excuses and not fixing the issue right away. It seems like they want customers to come inside the store in the hopes of making additional purchases. There are many other gas stations that provide better service and prioritize customer needs over their own convenience.
Super clean store inside and house. Very helpful and friendly staff to assist you inside and very good, freshly made food served 24/7 that is fairly priced.
