Smashburger - Largo

I have given this restaurant numerous opportunities to get my order correct but they always seem to mess it up. Despite me specifying that I cannot have dairy, they consistently put cheese on my burger even when I order it without. Today, someone even checked the kitchen twice to ensure my burger was made accurately, taking a long time to do so, but it still came out wrong. I have wasted a lot of money on food here that I can't eat, otherwise I risk getting sick.

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. They closed within an hour of our arrival, resulting in limited food options. The service was lacking, with staff more focused on cleaning and organizing than attending to customers. There was also an incident where a customer was treated rudely for asking to use the restroom while waiting for their order. The manager eventually resolved the situation, but it should not have escalated in the first place. On a positive note, the food was hot and prepared as ordered. Two out of our three orders were gluten-free and thoughtfully labeled.

The staff at Smashburger was amazing! It was my first time there and I was very impressed. The manager, who I think was helping us, was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. She even understood my love for pickles. I was happy to find out that they offer gluten-free rolls as well.

Good burger and more. it's a little pricy. I think the lowest they can pay for a meal is about $13, and the portion size is enough for me, but it seemed a little small compared to other places I was. the employees worked very hard to keep everything, although they are underoccupied, and there was not much of one waiting. I would come back because it was very tasty, but not often because of the price.

I ordered a cheeseburger with no onion or tomato, and I got meat cheese. I called was told to call back when the manager was there. I'm not chasing someone around so I emailed Smashburger instead and never heard back. This isn't the quality or service I expect for a $7 cheeseburger, so I'll take my business elsewhere. Five Guys is a little further away, but they'll give you what you paid for.
