Shomi Sushi Seafood - Largo

Great staff. Love the service and knowledge of their menu. Our waiter Dakota was great. The sushi was amazing with alot of options. Nice open atmosphere with a friendly smile. The sashimi was beautifully served and matched the great taste as well. I ordered the baked sushi and a spicy tuna. I recommend this place as a great neighborhood sushi spot. Fast service with a great smile and amazing sushi. Ask for Dakota, he was great and kept our drinks full and as my followers know, that is important to me??

Really good but a few small things that weren't as good as I hoped they'd be. The sushi rolls were excellent and had more meat than most places. They were out of tuna so substituted yellowtail which didn't have much flavor. The miso was bland and barely had any seaweed or tofu. The seaweed salad and pickled ginger were great. Will probably go back but may try something different next time.

Anywhere I go, I want someone to ?shomi? the sushi- and here it is: SHOMI sushi in Largo!! This was the perfect post-beach meal stop on our way back to our hotel. The restaurant is very nice and there?s even a small bar to sit at. Sushi was very good, we were super happy with it. There was one roll we got, I think it was maybe called the Sunset roll? It was so good we ordered another set to go. The sake was decent as well though they were out of most of the flavors when we were there. But if you smell the salt air and crave some raw fish (or just love sushi like normal people and like me) this is a close stop from Indian Rocks and a few other local beaches!

Rolls were decent, however nothing spectacular. We are from a small area within Pennsylvania and there?s better sushi there than at this place. The lobster roll was most disappointing- $22 and it was definitely imitation. Wanted to love it but didn?t. 5 speciality rolls and 2 basic rolls for $97. We don?t mind paying good money for sushi, but this was subpar. Where?s everyone getting sushi in Indian Rocks/Largo?

Awesome sushi. ALWAYS fresh. Delicious stir fries, particularly the chicken teriyaki. They will tweak any sushi roll to your taste. They are also adventurous and will create sushi rolls from other restaurants that you love and crave! Awesome management lovely servers. This is an absolute staple for our family.
