Long John Silver's - Laredo

This is the second time coming to this place, i overlooked it the first time because I thought the girl that was at the register was probably having a bad day, but today was the same BAD AND RUDE SERVICE. I had asked for it to be fresh and the girl at register legit said WE DONT DO SPECIAL ORDERS like how is that a special order? it 's a request to have it freshly made because last time the chicken and rice was really bad, like it had been there for a while. Well today, we experienced the same kind of treatment and food. The chicken was dry, and greasy and the fries were extremely soggy. I hate complaining but if they don 't like they 're job, then why are they there, leave your problems at home. Anyways if I ever go there again I will have to say something because how can it happen frequently, a manager at Chick-fil-A would have put a stop to that type of attitude. It all starts with management. ‍ I actually give this place a .5 star but the least you can put is 1 star. Oh and the girl on the register her name is Mayra V. the other one before her, was a short chubby girl with glasses, i didn 't get her name but she was so rude last time.

They calculated a higher price than what was advertised. Notes when I was reviewing the sales confirmation. Your apology was that the prices were high and they did not change on the posters. Don't complain at all. Food: 3/5

It was years since I had it. Fish was what I expected greasy n more crust and hardly could see the fish. The restaurant floors were dirty as if they hadn't cleaned the night before, since we were there early.

Damn good long johns. This place makes my heart pound. This is the best LONG JOHNS IVE EATEN. Come here to get some good fried fish. It is way too good. Kind staff and helpful workers. Clean establishment with great baked food. They don't serve beer anymore though.

Good fried fish , chicken , shrimp.. salmon. and side orders .. great service and good prices.
