Little Caesars Pizza - Laredo

The staff at the Guadalupe Laredo location is incredibly unprofessional. They do not reflect well on the corporate brand at all. Their behavior is rude and disrespectful. The corporate offices need to improve their training for these employees. I do not recommend this place!

I utilized their Pizza Portal, which was conveniently located nearby. The contactless pickup was smooth, the pizza remained hot, and there were no issues at all.

I waited forty minutes for two pizzas. I understand they were busy, but that’s a long time for just two pizzas, even if they weren't the Hot n' Ready variety. The pizzas were good, but I would suggest trying a different location if you can. If the app hadn't initially stated a wait time of 10 to 15 minutes, it wouldn't have been as frustrating.

Fast and convenient only issue for me is the drive thru. It's challenging if you have a longer SUV

The tables were so chaotic and there was an employee who was very rude and very unprofessional and he has long opaque hair with glasses please note that you shared the ticket of 150 in 2 and because you left the other employee who was responsible, he gave only my children credit of 75 we had the most terrible experience ever
