Jack In The Box - Laredo

This restaurant is fantastic! I absolutely love the hamburgers, and the fries are top-notch. There's a parking lot available, along with plenty of tables to enjoy your meals. The service was excellent, and I was served quickly. I have nothing to complain about; I had a wonderful lunch and breakfast, and everything was delicious.

I stopped by for breakfast on a holiday weekend (Sunday, July 3) and was impressed despite the staff being short-handed. They still managed to get my order ready in less than five minutes, and it was freshly made. The cashier, Jesus, provided excellent service and was incredibly friendly! I highly recommend this Jack in the Box.

The chicken sandwiches priced at $1.50 are quite tasty.

I placed an order through the mobile app since it stated the restaurant would be open until 1:00 AM. However, when I arrived, it was closed. I had called throughout the day, but they kept telling me the manager was unavailable. When we finally went in person, the staff said to reach out to the app, claiming that the store hours were correctly reflected there, which is not the case. Google shows one set of hours, the physical location has another, and the app has yet another. No one has reached out to assist us at all.

The food was decent, and the service was friendly. However, there was too much congestion from cars in the area, making it difficult to enter or exit the restaurant.
