Fussion Sushi - Laredo

I do not recommend this restaurant; it’s one of the worst sushi spots in Laredo. Unfortunately, the food quality at Fusion has been declining. It used to be really good about two years ago, but now, every time I eat there, the shrimp and crab in my rolls always taste and smell fishy. The food never seems fresh. The rice seldom has any meat in it and is really oily, almost tasting like pure oil. I went there today only because a friend wanted to eat at Fusion, but my roll was so unpleasant. They have also raised their prices significantly, while the quality of the food has drastically decreased.

This is one of the finest restaurants in Laredo. The service is exceptional and very friendly, and the food is even better. I particularly enjoy the fried rice and chicken teriyaki, especially when paired with the green beans. I've never had a bad meal here, and I’ve visited at least ten times. It's a true gem in Laredo!

Visited Fussion sushi during their 3rd year anniversary promotion. Even though their floor was packed, and the phone kept ringing constantly throughout my visit, their service was still very good. La limonada de pepino estaba muy rica. I don't see the point of having a few strands of leaves and some baby tomatoes on the side . However, the roll itself was also very tasty.

This place is by far the best sushi place in Laredo; also they have big portions! fairly priced, Wide selection... and the Ramen is just amazing! ? been here a few times and the chefs get quite creative with their sushi plates!
