Chico's Comida Casera - Laredo

The staff is lovely, and the best part is that you get to eat a large portion for a reasonable price.

The service is outstanding and the food is absolutely delicious. Everything is consistently flavorful and tasty.

I attempted to place a takeout order, but was told they were too busy to take my order and abruptly ended the call. Can you believe that? It seems like they must have a lot of customers. Very rude!!

Today 3/31/21 was our (mother, my little niece &me) first time eating at this place, mother ordered enchiladas callejeras, niece got kids sliders, i ordered cheese enchiladas, mother approved her enchiladas callejeras, said they were really good, myself i loved the cheese enchiladas they were super good, so far I'm changing my usual restaurant for enchiladas, chicos will now be it?, my niece didn't finish her sliders so I helped her ? WoW it was really good, meat was well seasoned. BUT what i didn't like was that we waited about 20 or 25 minutes(maybe less but it seemed really long to me) to be offered something to drink and get menus, there was only 1 waiter for all tables so i understand the long wait besides we didn't have anything to do so we stayed, he was very respectful and attentive once he got to us, he recommended items from the menu. I rate on food quality, flavor, cleanliness and how im treated thats why i gave it 5 stars, maybe now that everything is opening up after covid-19 they'll hire some waitresses and wait time will be less but food is really good, give it a try?.

Was down in the town of Laredo was told about this Mexican restaurant and I must meet in some of the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. If you are in Laredo Texas, this is a must to stop
