I wish food would have more taste, especially appetizers. upscale, but not as good as expected, not get for what they pay for

Was thrilled after reading the reviews. the restaurant is cute and the staff is great, but eating was not definitiw. I have pork spelts that were dry and the pesto was so filled with zilantro that I could hardly eat it. my man has fish and said it was not bad, but not great for what we paid. I wouldn't go back. high prices, sub par taste.

Service was very good disappointed lemon meringue tart was not available. Reuben sandwich was good but could use a bit more pastrami and sauerkraut with a Jewish rye bread tasty but need a bit more check out Kenny and Ziggys in Houston for reference. My wife enjoyed the Thai salad and the appetizer pork belly bites were delicious. I would recommend a visit.

Food is good, but there's a lot of room for improvement as far as service go.

Got another meal from border foundry. Cheese Burger and fries burger was an unseasoned over cooked lump of meat without any taste and burnt bread. Fries were soggy zoodle like consistency. Yes I said zoodle. This place is just a boogie place to make higher end laredoans feel posh. But it's just overpriced garbage.
