Bolillos Cafe Central - Laredo

Poor service can bring down even the best restaurants. We visit this place frequently, but during our most recent trip, it was surprisingly quiet, yet we received the worst service we've ever experienced. We waited over 10 minutes with our menus closed, ready to order, but no one came to our table. The staff at the service station merely seemed to watch us without intervening. With only three tables occupied, there was no reason for the delay. It was very disappointing. Management should reconsider their hiring practices. If these employees aren't motivated to work, I’m sure there are others out there who need the job and would demonstrate a much better work ethic.

This restaurant was fantastic! I visited for breakfast and it exceeded my expectations. I ordered the huevos divorciados, which were absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent.

Parking: It can be a bit challenging, but that’s because the food is so fantastic, so be prepared for a small wait. Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of options for children. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it's available.

It is a small place, but very cozy. The bakery option is great, you can order breakfast or just a coffee with sweet bread to spend time with friends. Or both things ?. Very varied and delicious menu. I highly recommend it ?

We're in from out of town and a friend recommended this place. The corn tortillas are life changing. My enchiladas were perfect. Very friendly staff.
