Old Man Grill - Laramie

Just got their breakfast burrito and it was super good, the server was nice, and there was no wait. But I'm a hot sauce fiend and ended up switching my order for to-go because they only have Cholula. I don't eat breakfast food without Tabasco. But I definitely recommend the food! Excited to go back to try the country fried steak, only I'll bring my own Tabasco next time.

First time in this restaurant which was recommended by a friend who is local. Was not disappointed. Good portion sizes and even better for the price. Felt like the omelette I ordered could have been shared and still been satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone who is living on campus if you want something within walking distance, even to those who don't. It may be a little ways off of the interstate for travelers but in reality a 5-10 minute drive from the farthest ends of town is well worth it. Parking can be tricky as there are some places that require a city permit, just be wary of this and watch for the signs.

The Green Chili is the bomb here.They put it on most everything. Good smoked brisket in the burritos(carne asada). Would be 5 stars,but coffeee sucks here. Friendly courteous service.

Pretty decent chicken fried steak with potatoes and eggs. Portions were pretty good for the price. The service was not good though and we had to wait 45 minutes for our food even though it wasn’t that busy. The best part was the bacon.

This place is by far my favorite breakfast place in town based on the food, their green chili is amazing with large portions for a good price. I have been craving a breakfast burrito from them for a while but it’s anybody’s guess if and when they will be open! I have tried to go half a dozen times in the last couple months or so and they are NEVER open when their sign and website says they should be, with no clue anywhere on why they aren’t open. Started calling first and never an answer, starting to just forget about this place being around which is a shame because their food is outstanding but it’s like playing the lottery to catch this place open. Does anybody know why they have zero regards to posted hours and are NEVER open?
