Applebee's - Laramie

It wasn't busy when we were there. It took a long time to get our food. My husband and I ordered both middle steaks, his came out of medium and my came almost raw... would have been a simple repair... it could have been thrown into the microwave for 20 seconds and I would have been happy, but I asked them to cook it a bit more.... almost 15 minutes to wait and had it with only the ends I cut into the sea and the rest of the steak still uncooked. They took my bill and starved. Very disappointed.

Got to Applebees, it wasn’t busy at all. Took forever to get our food, there were people walking in 20-30 minutes after us and getting their food before us. When our food came out we were missing sides and had to wait on those. They ran out of kids Mac and cheese and instead of mentioning that beforehand they brought out Alfredo with a bunch of shredded cheese on it and said they “made it special” for my daughter. The steaks were not made correctly, ordered medium rare got almost well done. The only good thing about the whole Applebees experience was Carly our waitress. She kept checking in with us and made sure we had what we needed while waiting for our food.

There are not many places to choose from here but I dont recommend this one. The atmosphere is great everyone is friendly but when we had some issues with our food our service sucked. We sent the steak back because it was way to red. She brought it back it less than 5 mins and it looked microwaved. We asked her she if she would eat it looking that way she said “ well I didn’t cook it.” That’s not acceptable coming from a server your job consist of your service and food presentation. You may have not cooked it but it’s your job to ensure it is presentable. We never even got refills, none of our empty plates were cleared so we had a full table. Maybe Darcia is new maybe she was having a bad day idk but I do know that her customer service was not great.

Worst steak I've had, picked up and brought home was suppose to be well done it was raw. Pretty sad when you order food and have to finish cooking it. It was grisly and worst steak I've had. Service good food awfull, can't believe i had to pay for that. We ordered 2 bourbon steaks both uncooked suppose to be well done.

One hour wait to be seated only after the hostess seated her friends first. Then a half hour before anyone came to see if anyone was sitting in our booth. Another 30 min before we got our drinks. It took 90 min to get our meal after that. Worse service I have ever had in my life.
