Altitude Chophouse Brewery - Laramie

Great spot! They offer a dedicated vegan menu on the back of their drink menu. The black bean tacos, chips with salsa, and fries were all delicious.

There are five options on the vegan menu, but my mom and I really enjoyed the black bean tacos and quinoa kale salad, which we shared. While the tacos fell apart a bit, they were packed with flavor, and the quinoa salad was excellently prepared! The staff was great, the atmosphere was charming, and it's conveniently located right across the street from the women's history house, which is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for good vibes.

Vegan tacos aren't listed on the menu, but they're still available if you ask. However, they charge an extra $4 for swapping the beef with an Impossible Burger, which seems excessive. Plus, all the burgers come with cheese by default. On the bright side, the fries and beer are delicious!

The Good Egg restaurant seems to be part of this one. There were 2 Vegan options for breakfast (with minimal mods). They were pretty busy and seated too many tables. It took almost an hour to get our food. The staff was very friendly and the food was better than average overall.

This is a good go-to local spot for me and my partner. They have a small vegan menu (which is really nice) and has some decent options. The vegan tacos are pretty good and you can swap out the an Impossible burger for anything. Otherwise, decent salads to pick from. Food is good, but the beer is better. Go for the beer but be glad there are tasty vegan options to choose from.
