Chick-fil-a - Laplace

I believe this has to be the absolute worst Chick Fil A restaurant in existence. Don't even get receipts anymore. Probably too many complaints via their app using your receipt to complete ! Super slow, poor service. Inexperienced employees keep getting my orders wrong only to find out after a few miles down the road ! Restaurant is not being kept clean. I LOVE Chick Fil A ! Love it. Love the food but this particular location gives the entire franchise a black eye !

I love Chick-fil-A's food and normally their service is top notch. I travel from state to state and always, if I have to eat on the run, stop at a Chick-fil-A. This particular site is the slowest that I have ever been to and the attitude of most of the employees is equivalent to any other fast food restaurant. Definitely does not stand out as it should.

I had vowed, in the past, to never return to this location. After receiving a coupon in the mail I figured I'd give it another try. Well, the experience was much better! Like 10X better! The drive through representative was nice n happy, she took my order swiftly, she had the line moving at a steady pace. I drove around with maybe 3 cars ahead of me. Extremely clean. Well organized. Well thought out. Has a table to accommodate larger families, which would normally have to put tables together or squeeze into a booth. Staff was polite but not overbearingly nice. Food was fast and fresh with no errors! Will happily return to this location in the future.

I?ve been to this location several times since they opened and something seems off. The service is not Chick-Fil-A quality when it comes to the wait time for food and the employees are not as friendly as they are at other locations.
