Kfc - Lapeer

Gnarly curb but amazing staff! Very friendly, management should be proud of this crew. Davison and flint locations have nothing on the Quality of the food and staff!!

What can I say about this kfc is that it's bipolar sometimes it's really good and I'm happy I came then other times it makes me angry because of employees and how they cook but other than that it's decent

So very dissatisfied with service and food. My son's food was old and nasty. Waited almost 4 mins for fresh popcorn chicken and it was not in the bag then they tasted old and nasty by the time we went back to get the popcorn chicken. I got better service and fresher food going to the KFC near Pontiac. Then when I called they couldn't help me and refused to give me a area coach or general manager phone numbers. I have provided years of customer service and have never been through such a lousy experience in my life.

Not sure whether it is employees who simply do not care or incompetent management. this situation can just do nothing right, my wife used running gear, although to pick up for dinner and specifically said the order taker she wanted a 3 piece extra crispy white meat just because I will not eat her dark meat....so I get a 3 piece extra crispy dark meat. Come on, this is a really simple task. then she ordered cookies and was said there is a 20-minute wait for cookies and this is at 5:00 dinner eile. what the devil is going on with you people who can't make your jobs prove? I understand that the labour market has provided the worst candidates to fill positions, but as management and property they must stand up and take responsibility over the inadequate and absolutely untrainable people on the labour market today.

Lobby was closed, so we used the drive through. There was a sign that indicated online orders could be picked up inside, but I'm not sure how, considering the doors were locked. They didn't have enough wings ready, and they had to make fresh fries. There appeared to be at least 5 people working in the kitchen, and we waited about 15 minutes for our order when we were told we would have a 6 minute wait. We were missing sauces for 2 meals. The food was fresh and otherwise good. We understand there are a lot of current challenges, but they missed the mark this time. Hopefully next time will be better.
