Dunkin' - Lapeer MI

I come here once or twice a week since I work down the road. They are ALWAYS so friendly to me. And the food has been very consistent! I really like this Dunkin

Just got food and coffee from this wonderful DD. Ordered at the drive thru. The young lady helping us was fast, efficient and patient (there was a little confusion on our part as 3 of us were ordering

1st time at this Dunkin and the customer service hit it out of the park. The woman working was very personable, had a great attitude and was a ray of sunshine this afternoon. The other two gentlemen working were also very nice and because of this I will drive out of my way to come back to this Dunkin.

I never learn, but this time I have, how hard is it to make fresh sandwiches and fresh hashbrown, always get my items cold.. and coffee taste so nasty and old... We all knows what happens to food if you complain and return it lol... Food so bad my dog wouldn't eat it.... Never again going to this dump........

I work cross the street instead of taking my car, I like to walk to the location it's a 2 min walk. The lobby is closed for no reason they had made a sign Drive thru Only. I walked to the drive thru 5 people looking at me but no one answer the speaker. I walk to the window to be told it's WEIRD YOU WALK TO THE DRIVE THRU, AND TO BRING MY CAR TO THE DRIVE THRU, THEY SAID I CANT ORDER BY WALKING TO THE WINDOW AND REFUSED TO SERVICE ME. Great customer service
