Mcdonald's - Lapaz

I went in this restaurant on Saturday morning around 9:30. I literally waited 10 minutes for 2 breakfast combos. It wouldn't be that big of a deal except while I was waiting they put up 3 to 4 bags for door dash that were still there after I got my food. It's like they don't care about the customers physically in their store anymore. Sad times

Just absolutely HORRIBLEWorked a 14 hour shift went here and got dinner for myself and my son and everything was disgusting ketchup every where unaccessible called and complained oh we can make you and new order if you want to come back and pick it up damn like i said just worked a 14 hour shiftOh sorry we can send you out coupons are you freaking kidding me right now you lost a customer ? $25.00 later for trash

This McDonald's is trash there service is disrespectful the food is disgusting my whole order was was drenched in ketchup I ordered 5 hamburgers and a 10 piece nugget and opened the bag to ketchup everywhere definitely will no longer be eating here ever again!!!

I would leave a negative service star if I could. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen, and I have been in the industry myself for close to two decades. ?
