Shan Yuan Veggie - Lanzhou

A local individual dialed the phone numbers listed (both here and on Bing.com) and discovered that they do not belong to a restaurant anymore. Another local, who owns a vegetarian restaurant in the city, informed me that this establishment used to be the largest restaurant in the area, but unfortunately, it was permanently closed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Even though English is not spoken here, ordering is easy with the use of photos on an iPad. The food was amazing, especially the warm dragonfruit salad. The entrance may be a bit hard to locate, as it's in an alley off the main street.
