I watched as the staff yelled and complained to each other while I was waiting. Some employees weren't even wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. When I ordered fries, they served them in containers meant for Locos Tacos. When my order finally returned, it was handed to me in a crushed package. To top it off, an employee mistakenly gave my order to another customer. I really wonder how this place is still in business.
Did not give me what I ordered and not taste the best
Food seems old and tortillas are always crispy never soft, food portion sucks. Don't worry about Queen, they don't know how to cut it, although the bag clearly shows how to cut it, they are also with barely and cheese or sauce dry. Staff are as bad as eating
Taco Bell is an ideal choice for a meal. I even overlook the fact that they’ve removed some of their delicious menu items.
Looking for a place to pay for your food and never receive it? Well this is your place, horrendous workers, dirty restaurant, and a company that likes to steal from people. I placed and order on the app for this location, on the app it shows that the order was at this location the address, map image, and email all confirmed it was this location. I go to the restaurant, and follow the instructions from the app and tell the workers, that I am here for my mobile order. But, I am told that they have no mobile orders. I said ?well I place one on the app for this location specifically.? I showed the workers all of the confirmations that taco bell has sent me, and they all agree that I am indeed at the location shown on the Taco Bell app, where it says my food is waiting for me. Only to be told that even though I am at the location shown on my app, and the email confirmation, that they will not make my food and that I need to leave and figure out what location my food is at. But, the app and the workers both agreed that I am at the right location, and that my food is ready. The workers would not make my food and insisted I just leave since I was ?holding up the line.? I asked for a a manger or their work number so I could try and figure things out and all I was told was ?We don?t have a manager? So, now my card has been charged by Taco Bell, and I have never received any food. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I never knew I could pay for food and not receive it. I have also been trying to contact Taco Bell customer support, fro both Twitter, and the app and no response.
