Przekaż informację zwrotnąMy order placed by the app, but they never get it. can not scan for rewards because the scan gun is broken and apparently the owners or the management is not interested in fixing it because it has not worked for at least a few months. I never got my meal because I used rewards. I feel really sorry for the employees because they are the ones who are to face the customer.
I wanted to give this place 5 stars because the girl at the counter was fantastic, but I just can't when I was served food with mold. I sensed that something was off right from the start.
That was the best burger I've ever had from Wendy's! It was incredibly fresh and hot. While it wasn't the fastest service, the quality made the wait worthwhile. The staff was fantastic too!
I waited in line for over 15 minutes with just three cars in front of me to order two Frostys. The employees on the loudspeakers informed customers that they had to wait for parking to eat. As I drove around the building, I noticed the manager and two employees chatting outside instead of attending to the customers inside. I won’t be returning, and I found them quite rude.
Trash. Took 10 mins to take my order and i was the only one in line. Was out of the one thing i wanted and was rude about every question i asked. Won't come back.
