Steak N Shake - Lansing

Eating came hot, fresh and fast. it's a past since my fiancée and I were in a steak n shake, so we were satisfied with the quality of the food. the personal was friendly! next time we are in the mood, we are sure to come back

Will not be back. I wanted to eat something and a shake. no waitress they have to order on a machine. no help in ordering. terrible experience. we've been so upset and tired to realize we've gone out. we never come again.

Wow, if this ding ZERO star has, I would choose this in a heartbeat. our server took our order and never came back to sit here after a whole hour, it turns out that they somehow never get our order. dreadful service and I don't feel sorry everyone reads this to never come here

The new order kiosk lets them know that they must be at least intelligent enough to use it to eat there. I find that sore. they can be sure that the average senior reef reef reef has passed to denny’s and they can enjoy their meal in relative peace. the only disadvantage is that the riders are so small, only try to eat them, can give them carpal tunnel syndrome. pro tipp: use a fork.

I have not been in about 3 years.. they've removed several items I enjoyed from their menu. You have to enter your own order on a kiosk note. Quality of the burgers isn't even close to what they used to be, the shake wasn't as good as I remember either.. McDs is better.. sad, I used to like this place.
