Sir Pizza Cedar - Lansing

My wife and I enjoy the pizza at this restaurant, but the customer service is extremely poor. I have ordered pizza online twice and both times my order was completely incorrect. The first time, I was in a rush and just accepted what they gave me. I thought it might have been a one-time mistake, so I tried ordering again, but the same thing happened. This time, I expressed my frustration. The woman working behind the counter was argumentative and tried to blame me for the mistake. Although we love the pizza, the service needs to be improved. We will not be returning to this restaurant. I wish them luck, but there are many other pizza places that offer better service.

We recently ordered a pizza for delivery and it arrived earlier than expected, with Mitch as the delivery driver. He was hands down the best delivery person I have encountered in years. Mitch was extremely friendly and made us feel like we were old friends. Sir Pizza, you have definitely hired a great employee. Keep up the good work!

This was the worst service I have ever experienced for pizza delivery. After waiting for 2 hours and making several calls, my order still hadn't arrived. I will never order from this restaurant again. I placed an online order for pizza at 11:40 today, March 30, 2022, with an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. By 12:43, the pizza had not arrived, so I called to inquire about the status. I was told that the driver had the pizza and it was on the way. At 1:00, I called again to check on the delivery status, only to be told that no one had called at 12:43 and that the driver had left with my pizza at 11:40. The person on the phone also mentioned that the typical delivery time was an hour and a half. By 1:35, the pizza still hadn't arrived, so I called once more. This time, I spoke to the manager, Kevin, and requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. After some hesitation, I made it clear that all I wanted was my money back.

I ordered pizza online at 11:40 clock today 3.30.22 the approximate time declared 45 min. at 12:43 the pizza did not arrive yet, so I contacted the load and someone told me that it was on the way because the driver had it. at 1 hour I called back to find the status of the delivery, and the person who answered the phone said that he was the only one who answered the phone and nobody had called at 12:43 and the supplier just went with the pizza I had ordered at 11:40, and that the typical time for delivery was an hour and half. at 1:35 the pizza had not yet been delivered and I called back. the person said he was the manager and his name was kevin. I kindly asked him to cancel my order and to grant my refund. he started trying to say something and I informed him that I wanted nothing else from her location than my money back. this was the worst service for the pizza delivery I have ever experienced. 2 hours and several calls later and still no eating. I will never order from them again.

Excellent, the best pizza since the last sir pizza. Workers were polite and energetic. No issues, Came all the way from Jackson, MI
