Ingcredible! - Lansing

Now I can recommend this location. the food was fresh. server was very friendly. there is hardly a tofu in my hot and acidic suppe. but he fell on the spot. I had to add my review of my last visit. I went to 10/18/19 and noticed that the containers they put in their house are much smaller. So now they pay the same price for smaller portions. that was still delicious.

The service is friendly. The food is good sometimes. It's cheap and convenient. My only thing is, if you are going to reheat old food, or serve your old Rangoon, don't charge me full price. You give me discount for your bad quality food!

My husband called and asked me if I would like their food. I told him to get the sweet n sour chicken. He gets it home and it was not edible. I called and was told that I could bring it back. I explained that I lived 15 miles outside of town and I was not coming back into town until later. I was assured it was fine to bring it back then. This was early afternoon. It was night when I returned the food they were nice enough to exchange it but when I got home a bit later to eat, the food was still not edible!!! Two different time frames, two different cooks possibly...thanks, but no thanks, same day is a bit much.

Stopped here on the way of driving home. We both had Sweet and Sour Chicken. It was so dry we could not eat it. We always got really good food but moved away few years ago and thought it would be nice change. This is not the quality we used to get.

We have eaten here for many years. We are spending money during a pandemic in our local community. My husband was treated rudely by the cashier tonight. He asked the cashier where the white rice was and she said we don't get it. We have received white rice with vegetable or meat pints we purchased since we started going there. She claimed no! Maybe serving our community is not important to INGcredible. We will find other restaurants in the area that are worthwhile of our patronage.
