Burger King - Lansing

The manager was very friendly and took my order promptly. The food was served hot and fresh. I enjoyed a delicious meal and a refreshing drink.

Every time I try to make a purchase after 8 PM, there are always issues with something. There would be system failures and I can only order one item per vehicle. It seems like the workers don't want to serve or work there.

The restaurant should not have asked a customer who arrived for breakfast and was willing to wait to place their order for breakfast until they switched to the lunch menu, especially when there was only one car in line that had already placed their order.

I just left there after talking to the thru speaker running gear and didn't get any answer, then I went to the pickup window and knocked on until my hand was mad and saw either the manager or coworkers dancing and singing. I will not go back there.

Consistently good as BKs go, and of more traditional fast food, the Original Chicken has been a nearly lifelong fave for me.
