What absolute poor service. Arrived there this morning 19 July 2023 at 5:30 so there were no people nor any pies at the pie counter so I go to the mugg&bean counter nobody there. Somebody at the Steers counter started shouting to the back and then eventually someone came the M&B front. Now please understand, the reason why you get up at 3am in Mhpumalanga and be here at 5:30 is not because you are lazying around, no, one is in a hurry you have long distances to travel. Then, when at last when she was awake enough to acknowlegde me, it comes out 1 cuppacino and 1 quiche will set me back R140. An entire large breakfast at Wimpy is R140! I said no. I went to the Steers for at least a medium chips then. No, they say, the first bacth has not been cooked yet. So I walked back to the main entrance on the way past the M&B counter. The lady to the back again. I took a croissant and placed it on the front desk to pay. No they said you have to pay this at the M&B counter. I looked back and the lady was still at the back. I walked out pay my fuel and left. Sorry you have NO CUTOMER SERVICE. NONE. The 1 star I rated is to good.

It’s really sad that the owners of this Petro port invested so much into creating a great customer experience, only for the staff to treat people so poorly that they don’t come back. Great selection of food places to choose from and the store is pretty well stocked It’s just a pity that the staff don’t even acknowledge you
