Mcdonald's - Lansdale

Had to wait over 5 minutes for some big fella with glasses who surrily took my order—he had been reclining in a booth. He then walked away. I then waited almost 10 minutes to get my food—cheeseburger and small fries. Service is a disgrace.

McDonald’s has gone downhill especially this location. I’ve ordered fries and 2 apple pie. The fries were old and both pies taste like glue. The pie must have been expired on their counter and bite into it, literally thick like glue. Nowadays, McDonald prices are high and quality gone way down. No excuse!!!! Done with giving my to McDonalds

Wow wow wow! Pulled up with a bus load of high schoolers after a band competition! I was sure we were going to be in there forever.The staff was FIRE! They handled our group of 30 like champions!Everything was made quickly, perfectly and efficiently!The place was clean!I was so impressed with everything and everyone!The shift manager, Tori, and the entire night crew on 3/16/24 8:30pm were amazing!Thank you!

Staff was sincerely apologetic about forgetting to complete my fairly large drive thru pick up order with two small shakes. The service staff and manager offered to upgrade the size of the shakes, an additional shake, and fries for the inconvenience. The drive thru was extremely busy when I went to pick up my order yesterday evening. After I waited some time at the window then in a reserved drive thru parking spot I went to the counter for the shakes. The young man at the counter explained the shake machine ran out of an ingredient during the drive thru rush. I left as a very satisfied customer with two large shakes.

Placed a mobile order at 10:25, got there at 10:30 and the money got taken out of my bank account. The worker told me they were closed because of short staff. This is disgusting and should not be allowed. I will never visit this mcdonalds again.
