I saw my cup in the espresso line but they kept filling up iced coffee and hot coffee that came after me. Had to remind them of my order.Also, I don't know if this is a standard trick with Dunkin. They always give me chocolate glazed donut instead of Boston cream. This has happened many times in different locations and specifically to take out orders.

They have never had the donuts I wanted, which is very weird because their whole thing with them was supposed to be the donuts.
This used to be a really great place, but it has gone downhill badly.I went in the other day to buy some doughnuts. The few types showing in the counter did not look appetizing- seriously I just wanted jelly filled and maybe a chocolate frosted, basic doughnuts.I asked the man behind the counter if these were all they had? He smiled and answered and I have no idea what he said. He repeated himself and was completely incomprehensible. I looked down the counter there was another man there Would you like to buy something he said in heavily accented but understandable English. I repeated my question and he gestured to the wall inside the work area that is not visible to the customers. Whatever else he said I couldn 't follow. Look I 'm just trying to see what doughnut types you have available. I was getting frustrated as they would only gesture to a panel on the wall they could see but I couldn 't unless I went behind the counter and into the work area. At this point I gave up. An abject failure of customer service what are your wares ' and I couldn 't get anything like an answer. I went into a doughnut shop to buy doughnuts. This should be a no brainer sale made yay everyone is happy. Instead they fell on their facing with their inability to do the most basic function of their job-sell doughnuts- Looking at other reviews here I 'm not the only person to have marked the collapse of their customer service and quality control. It 's a shame the home office/franchisee has failed to notice this and act.After this experience I won 't ever go back and considering there are other Dunkins ' in close proximity I won 't lose anything but they lost a customer.
