Chick-fil-a Lansdale

In the drive-thru line, I ordered a regular chicken sandwich, a small shake, and a small soft drink. The employee placed the drinks on the same side of a carrier that wasn't opened properly. As I pulled away from the window, most of the drinks spilled all over my car. I tried to salvage what was left in the cups and began to eat my sandwich. Unfortunately, the chicken inside was a disappointing shade of gray. I ended up throwing everything away, and that was my last visit to this restaurant.

I ordered two standard sandwiches and one was too dry while the other was overly tangy. They also didn’t include any pickles. I expected better from them.

The vanilla shake is always my go-to choice. However, I've noticed that meal prices are starting to rise again, and they are now comparable to other local sit-down restaurants. It would be helpful if the staff could inform customers about local offers, rather than requiring everyone to either pay through the app individually every time or pay the full price.

I didn't have the typical Chick-fil-A experience I usually get daily. I have 4 children and they love this restaurant. we go there twice a week. I decided to order from our regular square to 210 forty foot rd lansdale pa. 5 chicken mini courts. takes home, and the brot was so tuff that you couldn't bite it. but we decided to eat it. children didn't eat it. 30 minutes later, 4 of us on the toilet with magen pain. Call them and talk to a manager. explained my problem with the hard broth and lean problem. she was so incalented and had a attitude. Chick-fil-A will never get another penny of my geldes! I am tired of doing business to accuse customer service and quality on covid! I gave them 1 star, because I wouldn't allow to post with 0 stars! I'm done!

The rebooted CV stuff no counter etc is getting really annoying and slows everything down some but the great workers try to make the best they can of it. It is sometimes a pain if u need something especially w this setup or want to buy something more like a dessert or drink or whatever kids always seem to find something to add.
