Sweet Frog - Lanham

Visit Store on Sept 7 2017, second time machine was down, and was not able to record points. Young lady marked on the back of my receipt on my next visit, I would receive the two points for this visit. I visited the store today 9/14/17 at 11:55am. The cashier was rushing in to hit the clock by 12p. When she open the door, you could see she had a bad spirit, her attitude was not good at all. Once inside, I preceded to get some yogurt, which liquid syrup came out first, so I dump the cup, and got another. The second cup I got, as I was mixing my cup, some of the yogurt fell outside the cup. The young lady/cashier in front of other customers, called out to me, and said do not eat the yogurt before paying. I was shocked, and responded back to her asking what do you want me to do? Yogurt was on the side of the cup. When I got to the registrar, her stance and attitude was flying. I gave her the receipt to record my previous visit, she responded in a condescending tone, I don 't record points, my manager does. I asked when will her manager be in, she said, I don 't know, I don 't keep up with his schedule. I asked for his name she said Mike , I asked her what was her name, she said I don 't have to give my name to you. I have managed plenty of offices, and this young lady would not have made it through her first week. Very nasty, very rude. It wasn 't ' about her thinking I needed to eat yogurt before I paid for it, it was all about her attitude, before she even hit the clock, and opened the door to let customers in. If the other other customers are talking about this same young lady, in these reviews, why is she still there. I suggest the employees wear name badges, so the right ones can be complimented, and the rude ones reprimanded for poor work performance. You have about two there, who aren 't smelling themselves.

It was okay. If a yogurt/ice cream shop doesnt have chocolate sprinkles, two thumbs down for me. Service was excellent. Variety of yogurt flavors meh. I hope to return and see chocolate sprinkles I suggested it to the staff!

I really enjoyed getting a quick treat for work here. It has a friendly and efficient staff/service. I really do recommend coming here if you have kids or just want to get a tasty treat. Thank you for your excellent service. :

The ice cream was good , no doubt . The customer service was very terrible. I took the kids to this place , turns out the lady at the counter was rude true her actions . She snatched the ice cream from my daughter and proceeded to smacked it on the table with an attitude. Her service and tone was full of attitude and made me realize l wasn?t welcome. Probably because of my accent or something else . The receipt says Shayla was the user of the machine at the time of our visit .

Arrived approximately 10 minutes prior to closing to be told by Katalia (not sure how to spell her name) the store was closed. When I informed her it wasn't 9pm (closing time) she went to the register to check the time. She verified it was not 9pm but still refused to serve me. When I asked for the manager she said there was no manager on duty and informed me she would notify the manager herself of her poor customer service and her refusal to serve me. I try to support businesses in my community but.... I will not return to this location.
