This has been the worst KFC I've ever been to for years. I decided to give it another chance to see if it had improved, but it was even worse than before. The chicken sandwich I ordered was awful; both the chicken and the bread tasted stale, as if they had been made the day before. It's clear that either this location needs to be shut down or it needs a serious overhaul, because something has to change.

This visit was much better than my previous one. I had a different server this time, and she was extremely professional!

THE WORST EVER, I just had to leave out if the drive thru line cuz the chick wasn?t understanding my order. HOW CAN YOU WORK IN THE INDUSTRY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! this place is just trash period. I tried to give it another shot but disappointed again! this place needs to be shut down permanently.

Even when mask mandates are lifted the dining area is still locked and only drive-thru is available so if you are a service worker do not stop here. No one will help you
