Domino's Pizza - Lanham

The pasta was flavorless and had minimal chicken. The salad did not come with the requested dressing. The delivery driver made the decision on which dressing to include without consulting me as the customer first.

It has been a while since I last ordered from Domino's, and unfortunately, my recent experience did not meet my expectations. I ordered the 2 or more items at $5.99 each deal, which included 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings. The order was ready when I arrived, and the young lady who helped me was polite. However, when we started to eat, we found that the thin crust pizza my son had was too crispy and my spinach pizza was slightly charred. Additionally, the chicken we ordered was not fully cooked, and it was covered in sauce instead of being properly seasoned. I called to express my dissatisfaction, and the manager offered me a refund for my next visit, but I have decided not to return. The lack of attention to detail in cooking and serving the food is concerning to me. Thank you, but no thanks to the Domino's location on Lanham-Severn Rd.

The restaurant stopped the 2-minute timer before bringing out my order, which was advertised as being ready in that time. I would like someone from management to explain why they are okay with deceiving their customers. Additionally, the server mistakenly tried to give me someone else's order, which is concerning in terms of food safety. It is also suspicious that every order is miraculously ready within 2 minutes - they must have an endless supply of ovens.

So my pizza arrived after almost an hour waiting time. it looks like the pizza in the Digiorno trade. When I showed it to the supplier, he said, and I quote man, that looks bad! it is likely because everything was stacked on top of it we also had a small pizza and two commands of wings. then he went away when I turned off the pizza. the kiste was actually stuck on the pizza. that should be half pfefferoni, half cheese. did not order domino since the beginning of the pandemic and I was very strong!

I had a very bad experience at the store the pizza was poorly made and l always have the same problem. Each time l complained they ask me not to come the store anymore. The manager is very rude and even worst the Domino's pizza on greenbelt road have better pizza and good customer service.
