They are taking shortcuts here, the bread tastes unlike other locations. I will not be purchasing from this establishment again.

The management is appalling, They don't treat their young workers with respect. please fix this as it is creating a harmful and toxic work environment for young people.

Berry and white chocolate scones, 10% price rise fair enough but an approximate 50% reduction in the size of each scone at the same time is a step too far. I'm shopping elsewhere now.
