Dish is not clean at all No choice whether it is for the entrance or the rest the dish is cold the rice is hard and it is very cold in the restaurant it is well the last time I come to the restaurant I really don't advise to restaurant for 10 euro more you eat at bendinat and it's better... Very welcoming staff. Clean premises. I recommend for meals with families with children because of the nice children's play areas. Parking: Parking in the commercial area. Good morning, I would like to make the following known to as many people as possible: Today, after checking out for a sum of around €60 (with 2 couscous dishes for €12...and 1 vegetable dish for €6... starter, drink and desserts) I sit down with my daughter and her 2 little 2 year old twins. I notice that we are missing a plate to divide a couscous in 2 for the little ones. I will ask for an empty plate very politely at the place where I was served the couscous. I was told to go ask the flunch child. I go. I queue again and am incredibly refused the empty plate!! I am raising my voice because I am furious and above all I hope that as many people as possible present will witness this totally mind-blowing story. I return to the checkout to explain my request again. The cashier looks down on me, asking me to calm down and explaining to me that it's impossible!!! I go to see the store manager who was also at the checkout. This lady who also looks down on me explains to me with a very commercial smile that all this is normal and that all the staff have no right to give away an empty plate. (I remind you here that not once have I been asked for my receipt to verify my statements). She decides to give me 2 plates in the children's section, telling me that I could be happy because she does it with a smile!! Bottom line: it’s up to you to think what you want about this story. I'm still speechless and of course I'll never set foot in a flunch again TO FLEE !!!!
