Tio Juan's Margaritas Mexican

Great food, amazing margs, and Brooke was the best server !! Definitely gonna be coming back here

The margarita was the only good part of this experience. I walked in and waited 5 mins and no one greeted me, even though it says wait to be seated. I walked up to the hostess who turned around and just said what to me and sat me in the bar. I assume it was because I was by myself. The bar had the Phillies game on, which I normally wouldn't care but they we're getting killed and not worth watching let allow listen to the horrible play by play. I ordered a margarita, cheese dip and a burrito. The complementary chips and salsa were ok. Very tomato based. They didn't bring the cheese dip, I had to ask a second time and received it half way through my meal. Burrito wasn't good but I was so hungry I ate the whole thing. Tasted nothing like Mexican food and again way too much tomato taste. Cheese dip lacked flavor but made the burrito taste better. I will not return but it was worth the experience. The one wait staff that brought me my meal was a joy but other that that it was horrible. Ordered a 2nd margarita, again the only good tasting part of the experience, this time they did sugar instead of salt and it killed the flavor. Kind of clean but not great environment, aside from the one person that brought out food

We just popped in for some quick snacks and dessert. It was 10 PM and the place wasn't very busy. The service was great; our server was very helpful. We ordered queso, a cheese quesadilla, and fried ice cream. The queso was delicious and had a nice consistency—not too runny. The quesadilla was okay, but the fried ice cream was fantastic! It's definitely a must-try. I look forward to sampling more items the next time we're in town.

I visited this restaurant on a Thursday night and ordered the jerk chicken wings, which were absolutely delicious. The margaritas were decent, but the combination of fresh lime juice, tequila, and syrup was exceptional. My server, Antonio, was fantastic! If you prefer a server who adds a personal touch rather than just going through the motions, he's your guy! The restaurant had the usual atmosphere of a typical Mexican chain.

The quality of the dishes and food seems to have declined since my last visit two years ago. Given the name "Margaritas," I expected more from the drinks, but they were nothing special. I ordered two different cocktails, and neither impressed me. On a positive note, our server was friendly and attentive. The crowd was decent for an early Friday afternoon.
