A&w Canada - Langford Station

Me and my girlfriend had a relaxing anniversary and decided to stop in for a meal at this location! The manager was incredibly professional and kind! The team working behind her is detail oriented! I had a papa burger with fry meal and my girlfriend has an egg and sausage w/bacon on lettuce wrap! The meat was cooked excellently and was all warm! We were both satisfied with the cleanliness of this location and couldn’t be happier with our decision. (Hence the writing of this review). In the end I would eat here again!

This location is closed until further notice. A sign on the door claims this is due to labor shortages.

Sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes there was 2 people in front of me. when I got to the ordering window no one was there to take my order, when the lady finally did answer she said she had to go outside?? I would have turned around and left like the people at the back of the line but I was trapped. Also the lady at the cashier window had a terrible attitude. In the end got a burger that tasted like it was left over from yesterday, tough dried out burger patties. Terrible place, not sure if the employees suck at their jobs on purpose or if they just don't care, either way its managements fault too. Not the first time I have left this a&w disappointed. My advice go anywhere else.

Ordered a beyond burger with no cheese and no tomatoconfirmed twice with the drive thru guybut still got the burger with cheeseplease look into this I have picture of it I can show youas well there was no seasoning on the ringsit was patheticI need my meal I will be coming down tomorrow morning to get my correct meal

I am dissapointed with this location. I work at the mall and it would be great to be able to frequent this restaurant and support local. However, there has only been once out of at least 10 times I have gone where it has not taken me 5 to 15 mins to get a tea. This is with only myself and maybe one other person in line. I worked for A&W for 4 years. The management I worked under would never have allowed these wait times. I went today and was extremely frustrated as I wanted to also have an apple pie/turnover along with my tea. There were no pies already holding in the pass thru which would mean another 6mins wait. When I have 15mins for break and it includes getting to restaurant and back, I do not have time to wait. This is supposed to be fast food. Very dissapointed.
