Pizza Hut - Lander

Don’t ask for delivery if you want it hot in the big town of lander. 1.5 hours for delivery on a Thursday night. We would have happily picked it up.

I ordered my pizza online requesting curbside service. I arrived and the app showed my order done. I parked at curbside parking and called in. The subject who answered advised me that they saw my order and it would be out shortly. I continued to sit while multiple people came and left carrying out thier orders. After about 15 minutes I tried to call again but the number was busy. After another five to ten minutes I donned my mask and went in. My health is compromised which is why I requested curbside. I stood near the counter for sometime when one of the employees recognized me and told another employee that my pizza was in a warming oven. He apologised for it being so slow. Upon arriving home the pizzas quality was horrible with the olives so dried our that they crumbled. All of the vegetables were curled up and dried out. This was a super supreme pizza. I realize that they were very busy as pizzas were stacked on the end of the oven and several people were standing there waiting for carryout but it literally would not have taken 15 seconds to deliver my pizza to me as I was parked at the entry door. I have never had anywhere close to this poor of service and product at this location and hope this was an anomaly not the new norm.

Fast service; food was hot and delicious; surprised that Pizza Hut had french fries; tried them they are the best! will order again and again!

I really enjoyed the experience, the service was outstanding and the pizza was delicious.

Everything was good, my order was done on time, my order was complete.
