Przekaż informację zwrotnąJust went in to order sandwiches for my family and I. I explained that we would be doing 4 sandwiches, then proceeded to order the first 3 (all the same, on the same bread). The employee (an older man, always there) began making one sandwich. After being reminded of the other two sandwiches, the employee began to make 3 more sandwiches that did not resemble the first (note they were all supposed to be THE SAME). This began a spiral of both my partner and I having to repeat our order about 4 more times, all while the employees (another employee walked out after the second time the first employee messed up the order) are laughing, sighing, smirking, and being overall dismissive and rude. When I attempted to cancel the order, the employees both got loud and said they would remake the order one more time. In the end, ALL 4 sandwiches were STILL WRONG, and we were still charged full price, and I understand miscommunication, but going as far as to be disrespectful to customers crosses a line.
Worst subway I've ever been in. Veggies were very old, pickles were white and tomatoes were falling apart because of the poor quality. The man behind the counter kept trying to put random things on the sub and didn't listen to what we were saying. Overall, just bad quality food and not great customer service. Will definitely not eat here again.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed a pickup order and when I went in to pick it up, they said they had no order and nothing was sent to them. Confirmed the address and showed them the order. They stood around and did absolutely nothing. Just told me to contact the corporate office. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Ordered food online and asked for two of my sandwiches to have extra meat and cheese and toasted on 4 of the sandwiches. However we get home and look and the sandwiches that were supposed to be extra meat did not have it and the others were not toasted. Talked to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do because we already ate them because we weren't going back out. Be said bring the sandwiches and I'll give you refund and I told him that we ate them and he just repeated himself over and over. He was very rude.
