Burger King - Land o Lakes

The restaurant was extremely clean and the staff were very welcoming. I ordered a double whopper with fries and thoroughly enjoyed my meal without any health concerns. My overall experience left my heart happy and satisfied.

Took awhile to be helped at the register when I ordered inside.Put everything I'm bags even though I said I was eating here. She forgot my large hashbrowns. Took several minutes to get attention again.Food: 3/5

Food was yummy and prepared correctly. Lobby was clean for the most part. Only complaint was it took way too long for the cashier to help the customers waiting in line and for the food to be ready. Probably 15-20 mins from when I walked in to when I actually got my food. This is unacceptable. I thought it’s called fast food? Need better management in helping the customers.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs available and kids meals

Very bad customer service didn’t even greet or acknowledge me got ignored. When I ask her if she was going to help me she said she was busy .

I went thru the drive thru and came inside to ask for my my sauces and from what seem like the manager I got nothing but attitude to and her worker which she grabbed the sauces out her hand aggressively she seem like nothing but a cheapskate and my friend got frustrated when asked for sauce and was almost charged so he left do they even care about customer’s experiences will probably never come back hope manager learns people skills
