Kfc - Lancaster County

Today 11/11/2023 I order using GrubHub. They send me a text message saying that the order was ready for pick up at 147pm. They start working with my order when I arrived at 2pm. The worst part is that the staff don't care...

The chicken was a little dry but the workers were friendly.

Pull into drive thru ask for a 12 piece bucket dark meat. They respond we don't have enough to make a 12 piece dark bucket.I guess they might well close tonight if that low on chicken.Ridiculously rude and non caringDoesn't surprise me look at employees and location

Went to the drive thru today to get my daughter a kids meal she wanted nuggets with ranch and BBQ sauce and the lady taking the order says are u serious, right in the speaker after I asked for both. Then told me I'd have to pay for an extra sauce when I'm getting a nugget meal that comes with 2 sauce anyway. She was extremely rude and did not care that I could hear her either. I'm so fed up with these people thinking they to good to be working anywhere. If you don't like your job get another one. I will not be going back here ever.
