Lyndon City Line Diner - Lancaster

Easy on/off from Rt.30 in Lancaster and the parking is plentiful._The atmosphere is what you expect from a large traditional diner.

I've always loved Lyndon Diner. It's situated kinda in an odd spot, but it's open late, has delicious food, lots of options, and nice staff! A friend and I had dinner here and we were both very pleased. I ordered the crab dip (and admittedly couldn'tfinish it), but it was delicious!! Just a much larger portion than I expected. But it was very tasty, and my friend's meal wasgreat. They also make some very tasty seasonal cocktails here, so try one out!

Always looking for a breakfast spot near Lancaster PA Nice place only 10 minutes for a booth. Not bad for this area. Food a tad cold but very busy place! I had a meat lovers omelette And my husband had blueberry pancakes. His was colder than mine

How can you tell when a restaurant has REALLY good food? When you can't find a parking space in their lot. We were lucky and nabbed the last one available when we arrived. We were seated quickly, despite the packed lot, by a smiling face and pep in herstep. The coffee was outstanding, the menu varied and large. I tried the Gyro Omelette while my husband ordered the Lyndon IrishBreakfast. Both arrived quickly, served fresh and hot. My Gyro Omelette was so delicious, I had a difficult time slowing down tosavor it. The food arrived in such quantities that neither of us could finish our plates! Definitely a great find with amazingfood, wonderful staff and a lovely old time diner ambience. I simply must mention the employees bussing the tables. They were sofast, efficient and thorough with each table they cleaned. You gotta try this place!

To me, this place is a dream. The outside literally looks like something straight out of an epic teen 60s movie. Inside I can day the same too, I traveled back in time. The music playing inside just adds onto it, Beatles, Elvis, etc. Prices are amazing,worth the price for the portions they give, I never left here hungry every time I visited this area. I always take portions homeand then continue it for breakfast. The food here is indeed delicious, but I must mention that their Belgium Waffle with icecream is the best Belgium Waffle with ice cream i have ever eaten at a diner. Service is fast, professional and adequate. Keepin mind, I'm from New York, a literal dump with trash people, food, music and overall surrounding environments. This place feltsafe and heavenly. Rant done. Highly recommend.
