Waffle House - Lancaster

The food was good and our waitress, Ali, was amazing! I came here with my boyfriend and she has a positive attitude, makes sure to complete things in a timely manner, and made us feel like a priority despite coming during busy hours. I definitely plan oncoming back here because of her.

I decided to pop in for a late lunch, and I?m glad I did, because as soon as I walk in I lay my eyes on this beautiful young lady. She turned out to be my server as she was the only server on shift. She?s was excellent! She was very kind from the momentI walked in. She greeted me with a very friendly ?Hi welcome to Waffle House!?. Overall I have had one of the best experiencesI?ve ever had at a Waffle House all thanks to my server Ali. Definitely will be coming back soon.

When we went to this place there was one person working he was the cook ,waiter and the bus boy cleaning the table?s and washing the dishes .He deserves one heck of a raise there were at least 20 people dining he was friendly and greeted everyone explainedthe situation about being alone and it would be about 10 to 15 minutes for your food . We stayed and I watched him perform WOWI was amazed .I have been a retail store manager for over 20 years I get it it?s hard to get good employees but this man keptthis store open for an owner who should have been there helping this young man keep his store open . Thank you I hope he getssome help .

Great spot for breakfast. Always great waffles. Was able to be seated right away and ordered and received our meal in a timely fashion. The waitstaff was very welcoming and personable.

For the most part my experience at this Waffle House has been great with exception of today this is a new crew when I walked in noone spoke 3 of the tables was dirty with dishes on the then we had to wait 5 to 8 min for someone to take our order.I asked ayoung lady who happened to be black wr are also black I asked her a question she ignored me. If I wasn't so hungry I would haveleft terrible WF you hv to do better
