Subway - Lancaster

I had a negative experience during my last visit a couple of days ago. The older gentleman who served us was unprofessional and inattentive. I hope people don’t misinterpret this as racism simply because I have an Asian appearance. I won’t be returning.

When I visited, there was just one couple ahead of me and my three sons in line. One of the female employees suddenly panicked and walked out to the dining area, seemingly to take a break—or maybe she quit right then, who knows? This left just one guy to handle everything. When I ordered four subs—specifically one footlong, one six-inch, and two kids' subs—he sighed and rolled his eyes. He managed to make the subs in about five minutes. I clearly specified our drink order, which included a small drink, a Gatorade, and a water since we already had two kids' meals. Unfortunately, this seemed to confuse him. After I paid, I asked for my small cup, and he simply pointed to a spot behind the plastic partition at the register for me to get it myself. I’m not sure if management reviews feedback like this, but considering the poor service from the two employees on the evening of May 2nd, some re-training could really help. I suggest avoiding this place at all costs—it’s clearly poorly managed, with disrespectful and lazy employees.

Incompetent employees. Food is never made correctly. Sub was so dry I couldn?t even swallow it.. tried giving it to my dog and she wouldn?t even eat it. Smh HORRIBLE!!

The staff was unprofessional and unable to follow basic instructions. After making the wrong sub, the manager refused to acknowledge the mistake and instead tried to blame it on other reasons for the incorrect order. Additionally, he would not remake the sub as I had initially requested. I do not recommend this place due to the high level of incompetence.

Will not be recommending! the personal is unfriendly, lazy and rude! subway ever worst!
